Running MOH and BC2 fullscreen

Hi folks,

I want to run these two games fullscreen but at a lower res than my monitor's native res (2560), basically at 1920, in order to keep FPS nice and high. Even my 480 struggles with 2560.

Trouble is when I switch down to 1920 inside either of these games they come back as a window inside a black screen rather than proper fullscreen.

Any ideas if this is possible?

That's not working for me because it's not actually running "windowed". It's the main game displayed against a black background that fills my 2560 res.

Have a look through nvidia control panel, "Adjust desktop size and position" and turn scaling on. Think that's probably it.
