Hi all,

I currently have a 7950 which I use for my primary monitor don't want to run more than one off it as this increases temps quite a bit) and I also use an Nvidia 9600GT to run 2 more screens, and I ALSO use the built in graphics on my CPU (i5 3750k) to run a 4th and final screen.

Now I have just reinstalled windows because I was having a few issues, some of them graphics related. (occasionally two of my screens would just switch, so everything that was on one screen would just move to the other and vice versa)

Which drivers should I install to avoid any issues? Obviously I need the AMD drivers for gaming but should I install nvidia and intel drivers?

Running Windows 8x64

Cheers

Ali

well to have everthing working properly you need to use all the drivers... I would install the nvidia/intel and leave AMD drivers for last.

Here I have AMD and Intel graphics working.... 3 monitors on my 7950 Xfire and my TV on the onboard Intel.

Interesting Drangueos.

How do you run AMD on one display and Intel on the other, is it simple in operation or a headache?

Does it interfere with AB and other oc tools or Radeon Pro?

I'm using Sabertooth Z77 3770K, 7950 CrossFire@120Hz single display and HD TV.

Make sure you have IGPU enabled in BIOS and then check in Device manager under display it list both your GPU and IGPU if so download and install the display driver for IGPU and now connect a lead
:D

Thanks shankly.:)

Can't believe I had a fight trying to disable it last month after unknowingly my bios reset and I kept getting the igp in device manager.:o

I suppose the only way to find out if it's a pita with any oc tools/radeon pro is to try it for myself.;)

I have almost the same computer as you hehe
I have a sabertooth Z77 with an 3770k and crossfire 7950, but i'm running them in eyefinity 3x 1920x1080 plus 1 TV on the Intel onboard.

Everything works, ab, monitors programs and more.

It is a simple operation, like shankly1985 said you just need to enable the IGPU in your bios.

Primary display you can leave on auto.

I also have both a 7970, and a nvidia card for the second montior :D

Setting them up was a doddle ! Given the nightmare that display drivers are I was expecting a right ball-ache but it was absolutely fine!

Literally just popped in the second card, let windows sort the driver out and I now have both nvidia control panel & CCC running :) Never had any trouble. Haven't bothered getting the latest driver - no need ! second monitor just runs word docs etc ;)
