At the moment i'm running 3 separate open case PC's, each with watercooled GPU's for mining Cryptocoins. Anyway, all is well but as a result the upstairs of my house is now like an oven. It's like stepping off a plane into the desert!

What i'm wondering, is if it would be OK to move these rigs onto shelves in the loft space? It's lovely and chilly up there so would be a great place to move them to. I'm just wondering how safe it would be?

Any thoughts?

Thanks for the advice guys. Will have to get a smoke alarm in there. Loft isn't floored but generally pretty tidy other than boxes and stuff up there. I've moved the rigs onto a 3 tiered rack near the door of the loft and temps are loads better up there.

Its all hooked up to a plug on my landing so I can turn the lot off at the flick of a switch if I need to.
