wanting to stress test my oc on a 965be @ 4ghz .. accidently opened up 2 running programs of prime 95 ... thought "what teh hell" and let them both run...

came back just before teh hr and saw a report it had blue screened.... now is my oc to high or is the fact prime95 shouldnt be running twice ?

decided to run it again with just open once this time ( only been on 30 mins )

It could have been a software error but TBH running two instances of prime will not add any more stress than one as they both would use available resources.

I have run prime and heaven together, prime and IBT for a short while.

I have never ran it twice at the same time but it could be an indication that your overclock is unstable. You should run it again with only one instance open and you need to run it for a few hours (atleast 6) to confirm that you are stable or run IBT on very high for 20 passes. I find IBT at very high for 20 passes is equivalent to 4 hours worth of prime.

Obviously an indication that your overclock is unstable, it's irrelevant how many instances of prime you had running.
