Running Prime on both cores, but one isn't being worked

I used two shortcuts to set up Prime to run twice, and made sure that one was set to test core 0 and the other core 1, but when i run it the CPU usage is 100% on one core and next to nothing on the other. What have I done wrong?

Perhaps need to have 2 seperate primes running instead of the same one twice?
