Running Shoes

Thanks for the advice. :)

As for running every day, I've been taking one break per week but the guide I'm following tells me to run one day and rest the next, so yea maybe I should be doing that!

I've been feeling fine with it but probably risking injury by not resting, so I'll stick to the programme. :)
 
It's entry level I'm at just now - I've started following a 10 week plan to 10k, and I'm on week 2. I'm really just trying to build up stamina and improve on recovery times at the moment.
