In desperate need of a new pair of trainers/sports shoes to replacing my aged Adidas trainers.

I play Squash at least once a week and gym/running..

Will any Nike / Asics / Mizuno trainers do ?

Edit: they need to be comfortable (very) and supportive... don't want to tear ligaments in my ankle again when playing squash.

Thanks, I bought a pair last night on the way home from work :)

First game tonight to try them out.

Need to get some running shoes now...

More or less what happened to me! My aging trainers were past it so decided I needed some squash shoes.

Played last night in new shoes for fist time.. what a difference! No more running around like a headless goat! Have to change my style of play a little to suit the shoes... but they are very grippy and comfy!

What running shoes did/do you have? Any good?

Just remember to make a conscious effort starting out to get back to that T as quick as you can... and there's no need to hit the ball hard. :)

I'm no good but I love the game!
