Running stable OC, but sometimes it won't boot

Can you set memory between ganged and unganged? Had to change mine to unganged otherwise had problems overclocking also the timings for your memory at 1600mhz are 9-9-9-24 not sure how close to the 1600mhz mark your settings are taking it.
 
what's ganged and unganged? My memory clock is locked to the FSB. It's running 662mhz. I know the timings are 9-9-9-24, however with the current timings it passes Prime95 and Linx.
 
It'll probably be under the memory timings screen if you can change it if there isn't anything there it's quite likely it'll only run unganged.... Only time I've ever had random post failings like that was a failing PSU but you've said you tried a replacement so not sure what else to suggest at the moment.
 
I think it's just the mobo's automatic overclocking protection kicking in when it shouldn't. Just have to live with it I guess :(
