running steam on 2 pc's

ever since the new update i cannot log into steam on 2 of my pc's at the same time, before me and my brother would play source together at the same time, now only 1 of use can get into steam until the other disconnects, can anyone else verify this because i also updated my router firmware and it could be that, or it could be steams new update, or it could be that steam was having problems, so if anyone else has 2 pc's connected to the same router and with 2 steam accounts please try accessing both at the same time

Same account = no way jose.
Different account = a bug. Email Steam Support.

At the start it sounds as if you both play off the same account, but then at the end like you have 2 accounts but since a recent update it wont let both of them connect?

Either way it is possible to play, but one pc will keep askin you to re-enter your password.

He clearly states he has TWO accounts, read the O.P. Properly before slating a dude.

Seems numerous errors/bugz have come with the new update mate, check out Steam forums for full details.

I'm running Steam on two PC's with different accounts through the same router. It took quite a few goes to try and log in after the new update , it kept telling me I had no internet connection on one of the PCs :confused:

.

It all seems to be back to normal working now

yeah its working now and i quite clearly stated i had 2 different steam accounts, i didnt want my bro using my account when i was away just in case he got me banned or something so i bought him his own copy of the game, thanks to whoever stuck up for me when that noob who cant read started making accusations, but there is a lot of problems with the new update i think
