Can any one advice me on a new pair of trainers just for running i have just had plantar fasciitis and ready to start running again next week so i am looking for trainers with good arch support any advice much appreciated.
Shmo you miss understood my point when i said its not much help i meant no disrespect to him just i wanted a advise on what trainers are good for runnning
