Running two monitors with different refresh rates

I've a 34" ultra wide at 144Hz and I want to stack it with a 27" 1080P 60Hz monitor. I've a 3070 GPU. What issues would I have if they are running different rates?

27 would be for email only and the 34" would be for work and gaming. I'm looking to stack them where the 27" is on top of the 34" on a single monitor stand.
