I think you might be better just jogging or perhaps consider jogging with a rucksack with a few kg weights in it. Try doing sprint intervals, I do them and I think they are more effective than just jogging.

hey guys, ive recently taken up jogging as a way too get fit, lose weight and just too get outside for a bit. I run about 4 miles, 3 times a week and i run with a blackbag under my thermal top thingy. apparently this is what the boxers do or whatever.
Now here's the question, are there any health risks I have too think about while running with a blackbag on, my friend has mentioned overheating. but im not sure what that is. thanks
Just run with a giant kite behind you, I'm pretty sure this will slow you down, just make sure it is a windy day.
