Runtime error Windows 10 when loads to desktop

Hi guys, got this error pop up on my screen the last 2 or 3 days and I can't get rid of it. It's weird how it pops up as soon as my desktop loads in, but just says "Program:C...." why is that being so vague, any idea what's causing it, how I can solve it and what kinda issues will that likely be giving me until I fix it?

Does event log give any more information?

which tab would i need to pay particular attention to in event logs?

Either system or application, if you see an error log that looks like it matches the error then you'll know if it's an app installed on your PC or Windows causing the error.
