Runtime error with Uplay game launcher

i have posted in uplay forums and i have contacted uplay support about this runtime error when i start up uplay and i am getting nowhere so i am going to ask the overclockers world if anyone else had this error and fixed it 2 weeks i have had this error now

yes to all the questions you asked and everything else on my pc works fine i have origin and steam forza 7 horizon 4 loads of other games everything works no error just uplay when i start it up runtime error (this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way)

yes i have the latest version of uplay and i have uninstalled and reinstalled many times so figuring out that the hell is the runtime error i am stuck :confused:

didn't work with Kaspersky paused or uninstalled still getting this ******* runtime error it is getting really annoying now

then workarounds are for games not launching i can't even launch uplay to get to start to play games and uplay tech support are a bit useless :mad:

and no help did everything they asked like disabled everything or startup run in admin uninstalled and reinstalled many time and its only uplay that's not working on my pc right now :confused:

done the ipconfig cos i was having problems with my vpn scannow didn't find anything checkhealth and scanhealth didn't find any corruption

i have disabled everything on my startup i was told by ubisoft support to do and i am still getting the runtime error so i am lost :confused:

i don't get the message uplay service not available i have uninstalled nordvpn and i still get the same runtime error with or without nordvpn so it cant be nordvpn i have done ipconfig reset ****. and windows cant be broken cos everything els works fine all games work no errors just uplay so i am lost i have no idea wtf it can be :confused:

nothing is wrong with uplay and my bt router uplay did work before

it just stopped working when i changed my storage drive from a 3td to a 6tb one and now uplay just stopped working with the runtime error i have no idea why :confused:

and uplay wasn't even instaled on them storage drive i changed so i am lost :confused:

nothing works i can sign in to uplay and that's about it i cant play games and they won't update the uplay thing is ****** :mad:

must have been one of the games that was corrupted somehow don't know which one i dont mind in downloading them again as i am on a 200meg fibre

i couldn't do anything to games in uplay when you get the runtime error up not even updating the games worked nevermind now anyway i have downloaded all my games back now
