rusty screw

Hi all quick question - i am changing a bumper on my car but the screw is rusted away and the screwdriver just won't catch. does anyone have any ideas on how to get the scew out?

Use a dremmel and cut a slot in the head and use a nice slotted screw driver.

Or drill it out.

yeah a threader, or a tapping set ive heard it called. its just like a screw.. but it cuts its thread in instead

A Heli-coil would be perfect if he needs the inside to be threaded still.
