I've just upgraded to an RTX 4070 Ti (MSI Suprim), which uses the new 12 pin power connector.
I'm currently using 3x8 pin connectors to fit into the adapter that came with the card, but it all gets a bit messy.
I was looking to replace it with a 600W PCIe 5.0 12VHPWR Type-4 PSU Power Cable from Corsair, to connect to the RM1000x PSU I have.
The reason for my question is that the new cable only has 2 PCIe connectors for the PSU, but the adapter for the card has 3 connectors. Is using two connectors enough?
I assume there must be something fancy in the Corsair cable?
