rx 570 clock speeds

So i get an RX590 of Bgrade and it sucks.... i think

The GPU is rated to a base clock of 1545Mhz, but even with the fan at 100% and case side panel off it throttle down to 1145mhz.
that's slower than most RX580's and a lot hotter running at 85c, max fan and throttling like mad.

is that acceptable? i know is Bgrade but?

ok i found turning on V sync, gets the temps under control in some games

Sounds like the card isn't functioning properly.

Uninstall drivers and reinstall, if problem still persist then RMA.

yer i started an RMA, besides it not been the right card.. it just docent work
1080 @ 75hz playing squads mid setting with the fan at 90% and case side panel off, the GPU hits 85c and drops clock to around 1100mhz

its slower than a RX570.... and so dam loud.
