RX 590 High Temps? (PowerColor Red Devil)

Hey folks! Recently had a new rig built by the good people over at overclockers and it's been fantastic over the past couple of weeks, however I have noticed my GPU seems to run at fairly high temps, I've not used and AMD rig for some time and my older GTX 1060 would run at around 60 - 65c under load so I'm fairly comfortable seeing those sort of numbers, whereas my RX 590 Red Devil card seems to be running at around 75c under load on Overwatch or SW Battlefront 2 etc.

Just wondering if these are normal operating temps for these cards? Maybe even higher?

I see, that clears a lot up! As the card is factory overclocked would I have to worry about the core or memory clock speeds having to be lowered or anything as such by undervolting at all?

Okay so after scouring a couple of other forums and finding a Reddit post with some undervolt settings I've dropped from 1150 at the max 7 state to 1100, 1090 at state 6 & 5 and 1080 at state 4, state 3 however seems really high at 1200 by default, do my undervolt setting seem fairly reasonable? Also if you could, what sort of undervolt setting would you recommend for state 3?

That explains why I couldn't find anything for the 3rd state then, I've dipped slightly lower on the voltage and all seems stable so hopefully I've found the sweet spot, thanks for the help, really appreciate it!

Absolutely, I've noticed a usual temp of around 65c under load playing the same games, whereas before I was hitting 70 - 75c, slightly less fan noise as well and set up a custom fan curve on MSI Afterburner. Great result!
