RX100 still worth it?

I've been wanting to pick up a decent replacement camera after selling my entry level DSLR for a while. I wan't something compact I can carry w/ me that can take good photos and the RX100 seems to fit the bill.

I can currently get an RX100 for £330 is this worth going for over the newer RX100M2?

That's pretty cheap. The main differences I think are slightly better low light shooting, flash hotshoe, wifi and tilting rear screen. Up to you if you think they are worth it, for me the main one is the tilting screen which makes it more usable.
