RX480 Narrow PCB/Cooler

Guys, I am looking round for a RX480 to fit in my HTPC (Node 605) I am limited to around 130mm card width (guestimate from cooler height)
I have been looking at the MSI Armour and Sapphire nitro, at the moment the nitro wins as the power connector is on the front/back of the card giving me more
clearance to play with.
I guess what I am asking is... Are the manufacturers to be trusted with dimensions? Do they include the pci connector in their measurements?
And any input is welcome.

I have been considering looking for a 2nd hand R9 Nano as another option, but boy are they holding their money!

These look pretty compact, I'm sure you could get measurement from powercolor, or maybe ocuk could measure one up for you if you ask nicely.
