I game at 1440p will i see a big jump going from the 590 to the 5600? I assume it will be fine in my B350 mobo?

Depending on what you play you'll see somewhere around a 20-30% performance increase if you're currently GPU limited.

Not worth it IMO unless you can get a good price on the RX590 so the cost to change is quite low.

Used 590's go for around the £150 mark on eBay, varying depending on specific model, so your cost to change is about £120 for around a 20-30% performance boost.

The price on the 5600XT i was looking at jumped up £20 whilst i was ordering, so ive gone for a 5700Xt instead

The 5700 XT will see a much better boost. Didn't realise the price of the 5600 XT, definitely too high to be worth it coming from an RX 590.

an overclocked 5600xt is pretty much a 5700
i dont think theres any value in 2060 or 5700 all the 5700xt are 340 + and no stock of 5700
I went for a 5600xt as I think 5700 will remain £300 + ish until mid 2021
As far as i know all 5600 come with 14gbps memory now it always was, it was just a bios update

I scratch my head and wonder why anyone would buy a 5700xt for not that many fps more than a 5600xt for £100 more

especially when the 5700xt seem more problematic

I took a chance on a b grade 5700XT as it was the same price as the 5600XT i was looking at

nice but yea i wasnt going to pay £340 for a 5700 when people were getting them for £300 or just under a while back
I can only see prices holding or going up from covid 5700xt £300 and less is great though

Yeah that is the case, and if no new releases drag on there will be more demand than supply so it may get worse not better. Will all change if there's movement from one of them and the people start selling used to get their hands on the new releases.

I don't trust the second hand gpu market anymore too many people mining then selling gpus when they have issues
