rx8 engine rebuild

Hi
I have a Mazda Rx8 192 hp and i need to rebuild the engine. Any one has experience with this car? Where i can do this ( the cheapest way ).

Ouch, sorry I'm not much help but this is an expert job and will cost you quite a bit.

I would go for a quality rebuild over a cheap one.

Well i just bought the car a month ago, for a ridiculous low price ( i know stupid me ) and now i have problem with compression and lack of power.

A friend had his engine replaced under some sort of guarantee valid up to 100,000 miles. He sold it just after of course!

I have an rx8 (I admired his at the time) and its approaching 30,000 miles with no problems. Fingers crossed my luck continues.

once all this engine stuff is out the way it still looks like you got a nice looking car. just a hicup. but atleast once the engine is rebuilt, you should have a few years not worrying about it going again.

Hayward Rotary give a 3 year 30,000 mile warranty with their rebuilds. Top place well respected amongst owners. Up north you've got Group B motorsport aswell.

Hurley Rotary in Coventry are good guys to talk to. Will cost about 3K I think.
