Umm I guess it's ok yeah, though the mention of sit ups and "I gained a lot more muscle mass when I went on creatine" is a little off-putting.

While eating a protein/carb mix every 2 hours all day, I'd wind up having about 8 - 10 "tiny" meals instead of 3 big meals over the course of a day. This is by the far the most important thing to do in order to add lean, solid mass.

Lying leg raises/hanging leg raises > crunches > sit-ups.

If you do a full leg raise so your knees are up to your chest, and slowly move your legs back to the starting point, the burn you get in your abs is immense, far superior to a crunch.

Slow negatives are amazing tbh.

Did look in rather amazing shape for Blade 3.

The thing that makes me laugh with celeb routines/diets is that this is for a movie role so it is their job. They will train every day with a trainer have all their diet catered for and will have it a lot easier than us normal folk who have to try and fit in our day jobs.
 
Most of what he says seems fine, 80% diet and the rest in the gym. The way he did isn't how most of us could with 2-3 hour work outs 6 days a week. That would take some serious dedication alongside a full time job!
