hey folks anyone had any experience with ryobi one+ lawnmowers, I've bought into the one+ system recently and since my old lawnmower has died i need to replace it and was considering a ryobi cordless mower. Homebase have one for sale for 199 with a 18v 5ah battery for 199 any thoughts or should i just plump for a petrol mower instead, i should say i want to go cordless as my garden is quite long and a 25m extension lead just gets in the way

I can't comment on that one but have a Qualcast cordless and wouldn't look back at a corded one. When it conks out I'll also probably change as got 4 other Ryobi tools so is handy with them using the same batteries.

Both of them are really good, loved mine (33cm cut) until we moved and I got a robot mower instead.

There are quite a range of them, and I think the 33cm is the largest that takes just one battery, above that it's either 2x 18v or 1x 36v batteries

I've just spent 30 on spare part to try to resurrect my old mower it that doesnt work I will be picking up the ryobi one i mention above. It seeks more than capable of doing my gardens in one battery charge

I have one

Got mine last year for £80 inc a strimmer

We have a really small grassed area, approx 8m x 4m

With the 4.0 battery we can generally mow and strim

Thou if the grass is a bit long, it does sometimes struggle to cut it
(We have the single battery version only thou)
