Ryzen 1600 cpu 0% usage

I'm having a weird bug in windows where it maxing out 1 core and not using the others resulting in poor performance on desktop ?

What's the rest of your hardware spec @P.B? Anything changed recently?

it's a new build my 1st ryzen built ove factory restore the bios and seems to be okay now, for some strange reason windows loaded every app on to core 0 and just tanked the performance

Seems others have had similar issues and it turned out to be this. Only reading around on Google. Make sure it's unticked
