Ryzen 1700 comfortably running at 3.8Ghz, and used predominantly for gaming, on a B350 mobo.

What's the next upgrade, while hopefully staying on socket AM4? Will the anticipated 3000 series retain socket AM4?

But yes, I now recall the research I did at the time (which I had forgotten), and now feel good again :)
