Ryzen 2600x bundle issue

Hello folks.
I recently bought the bundle linked below and I'm finding that the machine is hanging when both sticks of RAM are installed. Seems to be OK with just the one stick. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Just to check you're not making the same mistake I did when I first built my Ryzen system - are you sure the RAM is in the right slots?

Well I've swapped them about but same issue...Is there a right and wrong way with a Ryzen build?

try one stick in second slot ( empty, populated, empty , empty ) - and boot up and see, try a benchmark like Cinebench .

then take out the stick and use the other one and do the same.

this will see if one stick is faulty

did you go for 3000 or 3200 hz ram ?

I went for the 3000hz ram. I will try this.

sounds like a first reading, may be a faulty ram kit - if it is, under 14 day purchase period, ocuk should swap it out

with both sticks in - normally goes ; empty-populated-empty-populated

That's the first setup i tried

. Gave up at the weekend in frustration : / i will test again tonight thanks for the feed back much appreciated.

what slots are the ram in you dont want them next to each other

Well folks I ran a mem test on each stick. Then updated the chipset drivers and installed both sticks once again as before empty populated empty populated and all seems to be going ok.
Was able to perform multiple tasks and even get PUBG running...so go figure lol.
