hello
i have the following items
ryzen 3 2200g APU, gigabyte ga-ab350m gaming 3 board, 2 x 4gb team group 2400 ddr4 ram and a kingston 120gb ssd superflower 550w platinum psu.
the problem i have is i can install windows fine and everything appears to work bar i cannot get any sound via HDMI and in device manager the APU has an exclamation mark with a code 12 error saying i need to free up devices.
never had this problem before and im stumped what to try as the APU is not functioning to play any sort of games and no sound is also annoying.
i have reinstalled windows 4 times so far with no joy likewise various ways of installing the drivers.
nothing will get the APU drivers installed without fault.
bios for the board is the very latest f22.3d iirc and windows has been updated to the very latest edition.
any suggestions as to what i may be doing wrong
