ryzen 3 or 5 ? less CPU more GPU?

would like your views on the follwing
need to build a pc to play the follwing games on very high settings

games are.....player unknown battlegrounds,overwatch,euro truck simulator 2, Planet coaster, cities skylines, fernbus,Pure farming,Gta 5 pc would be only used for gaming

the plan is a ssd for windows and games 16gb 3200 DDR4 GTX 1060 6GB Ryzen 5 1600

Now to use a Ryzen 3 1200 as its approx £93 less than a 1600 and from what i have seen online the 1200 when overclocked and using the standard cooler is ok in lots of games with a 1060

views on would it be better to spend the £85 on better GPU or stay with the 1600 and 1060?

Get the R5 1600 mate.

You'll change your graphics card more often than your processor. It's easy to swap a graphics card, a processor is more of a hassle.

With PCs you really should push your budget as far as you can. By cheaping out on a part you are only hastening the need to replace it later on.

The 1600 is a better bet as more games are multi core aware and those like bf1 push quad cores beyond their limits in some cases.
