Ryzen 3400g just a quick one hopefully

Hi All,

I'm going to try and get straight to the point so I'm not wasting peeps valuable time.

Just getting back in to the pc building scene after 10 years, I bought a cheap mb/cpu bundle brand new, it came pre built without the pc chasis, so a simple job of fit it into the pc case and switch it on. Power on, We pass Post beep but no display. I replaced psu then the board and cpu, everything works fine with the new equipment. So I decided to inspect the suspected faulty cpu and found the following in the image link below.

I haven't seen anything like this and it would be great if someone could explain how this has happened.

It looks like very find solder wire probabbly a manufacturing fault.

Thanks for the feedback. I just wanted to be assured that it wasn't something that I have done, although I'm pretty certain it's not me . Just that question of doubt was there.

I'll try and return it.
