Ryzen 3700x on idle hitting 4.1 and 60 temp it has a 240 cool master liquid on it too .

Yes taken sticker off the the bottom plate.
No not Re-seated the cool as i have re ordered a new one as it has a noise cooler fan

Also just did a stress test on Ryzen Master and temp 66

Whats happening is all 8 core idle at about 43 -45 temp then 1 rises up to 4.2 that pushes temp up 60 and all then with nothing running .
