I wasn't sure whether to post this in here or in the Windows forum, but my power options have started doing something really, really weird.

I usually have it set to AMD Ryzen balanced but I noticed it had changed to Ultimate Performance, so I changed it back. Now I am watching the Power Options window, without me touching ANYTHING, switch between Balanced (recommended) and Ultimate Performance every few seconds.

I haven't got the first idea what could be causing this. Any suggestions for fixing it would be gratefully received!

NM, turned out it was MSI Dragon Centre. Even though I'd told it not to do anything and had it set to not start automatically. Getting rid of it and the SDK has restored sanity to my power settings.
