Ryzen 5 3600 4.2ghz Bundle

Just got the Ryzen 5 3600 4.2ghz Bundle and installed into a new system but seems to be running at 3.6ghz..
Is there some sort of config in the bios which needs to be activated to boost it to 4.2ghz ?

In the bios its showing as 3.6ghz and in windows 10 Pro its showing the same 3.6ghz

It's just a bundle deal which states :

AsusROG Strix X470-F Gaming AMD X470 (Socket AM4) DDR4 ATX

I can't find any profile apart from the Default one in the bios...
Should this have come as 4.2ghz as OCUK did have to perform a bios update on the mobo before sending it out.
I was assuming it would be set at 4,2ghz as soon as I boot up, I know in my last build it was an OC Bundle and there is a bios profile for the OC.
BUT for this build I just can't figure out why it's not running at the advertsied 4.2ghz

How to get it upto 4.2ghz, if anyone could help
