Ryzen 5000 & KB5041587 AMD patch (for Windows 11 23H2)

I thought it would be interesting to take a quick before and after bench and since I was playing the CoD beta I just used CoD MW3 for it.

• I set the Gigabyte Aorus master x570 to BIOS defaults with the exception of resize BAR enabled
• XT is clock capped @ 2400 (because the card crashes with dual screens above that, honestly AMD drivers are _still_ pants after all these years, except the Linux driver which is kinda OK)
• CoD Graphics settings are whatever they are that I play with

Hoping my 5800X3D has some gains from this too.

It looks like all the Zen 5 benchmarks need redoing by all the reviewers now!

I think large caches benefit most, would expect great uplift for the 5800X3D

Considering this effects pretty much all generations of Ryzens they’d have to re-bench years worth of chips.

@Cenuij I got less than 100 extra points on Cinebench R20 (5800X3D). No idea if games will improve as I likely won't notice.

10% uplift on average from a Windows patch. Very impressive.

Would love to see benchmarks before and after on a 5800X3D to see if you get a similar uplift.

Might tempt me to upgrade to Windows 11.
