Hey Folks so i currently have this kit of Memory F4-3200C16D-16GTZR its been running fine at 3000mhz not the 3200mhz its rated due to the bad IMC on Ryzen 1st gen at CL14 Using the Dram Calculator.

My options are do i keep this Ram and trying running it at 3400mhz CL14 on B550 with hopefully a R7 5700X

OR

Sell my Ram as a bundle with my current system and buy faster memory?

I Know we don't know what the Infinity Fabric clock of the new Chips is going to be or what is the support speeds are going to be this is just speculation until the 8th.

Also i Game at Ultrawide 1080p 144hz so any increase in FPS is what im after?

If it's (good) Samsung B-die you'll be able to overclock it higher with better memory controllers on newer CPUs.
Memory controller of original Zen was very mediocre at best.
(AMD probably lacked time/resources to do better for it)

I went for the 8pack 3200/14 B-die kit as I was planning to jump on zen 3 and wanted something that I could easily overclock if ryzen 5000 supported higher memory speeds. Currently running at 3800/14 and tested up to 4400 so should have it covered.
