Ryzen 5800X3D Swap

I will be swapping ryzen 1700 with 5800X3D. Are IHS logos for both processors oriented in the same direction or do I still need to align using the "arrow" mark.

Not sure about 1700, but having moved from 3700X > 5700X > 5800X3D the IHS logos were all oriented the same, i.e. with the golden arrow mark in the bottom left corner in relation the to the logo.

My swap from 3800x to 5800x3d was IHS logos the same way

just line up the corner with the mark. Why do you care about logo on IHS for

If you haven't already, make sure you update the motherboards bios before removing the 1700 unless it has bios flashback.
