Hi There,
I bought an 8pack AMD bundle setup in December 2020. Over the past couple of days the system has been auto powering down. Looking at it I can see that the temperatures are spiking over 107 degrees at random points and on medium load is reaching 75 to 90 degrees.

I have a NZXT Kraken X63 AIO CPU Water Cooler - 280mm which has previously worked fine. Temperatures run hot but not shutting down. Recent days it is clearly over heating and I am worried about causing damage.

The thing that worries me is that I have changed no settings but now during another normally hot summer (30c) this time around the system is not managing and is failing.

Does anyone have any advice?

Hardware monitor Nuvoton NCT6791D
Voltage 0 5.08 Volts [0x7F] (+5V)
Voltage 1 3.38 Volts [0xD3] (+3.3V)
Voltage 2 12.21 Volts [0xDA] (+12V)
Voltage 4 1.81 Volts [0x71] (+1.8V)
Voltage 5 1.30 Volts [0xA2] (VCORE)
Voltage 6 1.02 Volts [0x7F] (VIN6)
Voltage 7 1.45 Volts [0xB5] (DRAM)
Temperature 0 39 degC (102 degF) [0x27] (Mainboard)
Temperature 1 50 degC (122 degF) [0x32] (CPU)
Temperature 2 39 degC (102 degF) [0x27] (TMPIN2)
Temperature 3 44 degC (111 degF) [0x2C] (TMPIN3)
Temperature 4 21 degC (69 degF) [0x15] (TMPIN4)
Fan 0 1125 RPM [0x465] (Chassis #1)
Fan 1 1792 RPM [0x700] (CPU)
Fan 6 2800 RPM [0xAF0] (Chassis #6)

Noise seems as normal. RPM is appearing as 2870 on the pump. Liquid is stating fixed at 39 degrees as well

At loading points when the cpu comes out from a lower / idle stage the temperature can just instant jump over 100 easily. Under pressure remains around 85-90 degrees.

The kraken is from June 2020 so not too old. I cannot hear any unusual sounds indicating anything is off but it could be a possibility.

The radiator block was full of dust which I could not see until I literally flipped the whole tower over. Right now I am down to 45 degrees and maxing about 88 degrees but has not spiked over 100 for now.

I was surprised as well that the dust was causing such a big issue. Air flow seemed to be ok. Cleaned it out and yes sometimes still spikes to 90 but then temps are maintained about 60-70. So not really ideal but it works :D

Top mounted radiator with fans on top to extract the air. Air flow was ok before but perhaps heavily reduced.
