Ryzen 7 1700 Ram stability and timings?

so got the system up and running and thought i would do some ram tests to begin with.
spec is:
ryzen 7 1700
msi x470 gaming plus max
64gb kingston hyperx 4 x 16gb sticks 3200mhz 16-20-20 stuff single rank

so tried the xmp profile the lower one of 2933 mhz and after a while in memtest was greeted with some errors on a specific test:

now i know this is 1st gen ryzen and 2933mhz is a high overclock on 4 sticks and official specs say with 4 single rank sticks it should be 2133mhz, i dropped it down to 2666mhz at stock timings of 16-20-20 and so far memtest is still going with no errors.

i will leave this running overnight on memtest to see how it goes but was wondering would this ram be able to do tighter timings at a 2666mhz speed? like 16-18-18 or lower even? or should i not bother and leave it at 16-20-20 if it passes?

rather than brute force things with higher voltages, iv taken a different approach and kept it at 2666mhz but lowered ram voltage down to 1.3v from 1.35 and tightened the timings up. its been running memtest for an hour now and no errors. will carry on doing some more tweaks and see if i can get timings even more tighter.

anyone know what timings to expect from 3200 ram thats rated for 16-20-20-39 when run at 2666mhz?

got the spd data for the ram, seems to be lots of different options

what can i do timing wise for 2666mhz speeds?

currently its doing 16-18-18-36 @ 2666mhz

the 1313 xmp profile in the spd has 14-17-17-32 timings, so im wondering if thats my starting point in that region to attempt?

Discovered that there are additional memory speeds between 2666 and 2933. 2866 was unstable in memtest and got errors. Testing 2800 now. May get lucky.

Gone over 10 hours in memtest with no errors at 2800 with 16-16-16-32. Will double check it with few hours of linpack too.

All good on the tests been using it with 2800 ram speed and 16-16-16-32 timings without issues.
Tempted to try the 2866 step i saw lol. Never ending greed for speed
