Ryzen 9 5950X Far Cry 6 bundle?

Hello, I’ve recently received my CPU. This was supposed to come with a code for Far Cry 6 (as also mentioned on the product page: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/amd-...hz-socket-am4-processor-retail-cp-3c9-am.html).

I think I’m supposed to get in contact with OcUK for the code as it wasn’t in the packaging, but I’m not sure where I’m supposed to do this contacting. The webnotes selection wants to direct me towards part returns or business support neither of which really applies here (I don’t want to return anything nor am I a business customer).

Fwiw its worth I bought mine from a competitor and they emailed it to me straight away. Is it possible OC haven't got their allocation of game codes yet?

Nah, double checked invoice and all emails I got from overclockers, it's not in there. I mean, I didn't get this cpu for the far cry 6 code so I'm not incredibly upset or anything but it is part of the advertised product listing.

Same here. I have bought a 5900X, checked my emails - no Far Cry 6 code.

Did you contact OCuk regarding this?

Nope I looked, O/C are really difficult to contact, as mentioned earlier the webnotes for me only offer refunds. I guess phoning them is another option but it doesn't seem like they pick up that much.... btw I’m also having this problem and my invoice is also missing the code.
