Ryzen CTR and LLC

Hi all

I'm using CTR to try to get the best from my chip and am a bit confused about what I should set LLC to. If I leave as Auto then CTR seems to run for ages constatntly reducing voltage until my machine becomes unstable. If I set to LLC 3 then it only seems to run a couple of iterations. My confusion stems from the 1.1 beta3 release notes that state

Load Line Calibration level requirements have been revised and thanks to the new CTR rules you can use LLC in Auto mode (in most cases you will not need to use LLC Mode 3). This also means that ASRock and Gigabyte motherboards are fully supported

I am running a 3900X on an MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

Just wondering what everyone else is using and what results they have had?
