Hi All,
A heads up, not sure if its been covered elsewhere but it seems that over clocking from within win10 will cause sound problems in games.
I'm finding that any dynamic oc in windows will cause stuttering, sound restarts and music looping problems in Battlefield 1.
This only occurs when oc is applied in windows, when set in bios, no problems. I believe this is the clock / timing problem that windows has when we apply OCs in windows, another symptom is the incorrect windows task CPU frequency shown.
Not sure what the solution is other than hope windows fix comes or just have static oc in bios, though this means no frequency scaling
