Ryzen Overclock sleep bug

People believe its a windows timer bug, I assume cinebench is giving false scores which is great and would mean that cinebench is adding score on what Ghz it sees rather than testing it o;

Also a massive reddit thing going on, The cinebench is slower to do after the sleep so. Some derpy things happening here.

Yeah most likely timer bug but wonder why hwmonitor and task manager are reporting higher clockspeeds and cpuz is showing actual/bios speed. Wonder if every bench/test is affected??

Edit: someone tried 3dmark in the coments and they gainned a higher score but could not be validated due to timer

This popped back into my head as I've just experienced something very similar on my intel system. I'm set to run at 4ghz, I then go into bios and enable the XMP option and I'm suddenly seeing clocks of 4.2
