Ryzen overclock stress test help

I'm struggling with my overclocked 1700 chip.

All my stress tests so far were fine. Realbench, Prime, Folding etc.

Then when I tried exporting video within Adobe Premiere CC, when overclocked my system would constantly crash during the export. (Only when at 3.3ghz I can export without a crash).

Can anyone who also has Premiere CC test a simple example project of mine with a couple of video effects to test the CPU usage during export. I'm sure what you think was a stable overclock, this will cause instability.

I want to know if this is just me.

1700 @4ghz stable with all other app.
Gigabyte Gaming 3 Motherboard
32GB Avexir 2400mhz

Just try to export the default settings to H264.

Just tested this Haswell binary in the second link and this also crashes my system not long after running !

Stable in every application I've tried at 1.41v bar Adobe Premiere.

So only at 3.3ghz I can export in Premiere CC without a system crash. Something is strange.

Could it be related to this?
