So I've been running my 3600 and B450 tomahawk max system for quite a bit with no problems.
GPU is a Vega 56 and I've not changed any hardware.
Just windows updates.
Last week I noticed games were stuttering and I narrowed it down to my power plan being set to "power saver" and the CPU was clocking down to 3.3ghz rather than sticking at 4ghz+
So I changed it back to Ryzen high performance and everything is back to normal.
But once I reboot it's back on power saver again
I updated chipset drivers from AMD and then updated GPU drivers but the problem is still there
Has anybody else had this problem?
Any ideas on how to make the power plan save?
Thanks for any help.
