Wait for the dust to settle, software/bios to accommodate, and Ryzen all the way.
 
Not sure how binning a cpu that can only get 100mhz over stock clocks will work (I'm talking 1800x here - speed binning 1700's doesn't make commercial sense).
 
As above, extremely unlikely this will happen unless something drastically changes in potential clock speeds for the chips.

Maybe in future batches?
 
No I very much doubt I will do this. I mean if I find a very good one by chance I can post back here and maybe you can buy it. But as a full OCUK SKU really no. Everything needs to be working correctly anyway before you can bin anything.....
