Looks like reasonable improvement in some games, a hindrance in others and tanks work performance if you have more than 8 cores
So what does Ryzen Turbo Mode do: At a base level it disables SMT (hyperthreading) and disables the second CCD. On Gigabyte boards so far only, Turbo Mode also tunes your RAM.

I'll disable the others so we can give those more headroom and stay within thermal/voltage/ampage limits" and is able to step in and re-enable the other cores on the fly too once needs are more multi-threaded.
