Friend is asking me what CPU they should get for running these apps.

He was asking me about the differences between the Kabylake i5 and the i7, but I said don't discrete Ryzen.

Are these programs multi threaded?

Maybe a 1600 or a 1700 would be better than an i5 or i7?

Also 16Gb ram should be sufficient?
