grats TT, I see you (and TDF) in my rear view mirror-
I've upped my game a bit recently, see:

but its probably not going to be enough (I'm running the net book because I wanted to see roughly what it was capable of- a lot more than I thought, it'll be turned down in a bit, but then again at <30W...)

Well, I honestly have no idea what this rig's capable of in terms of RAC, so whether it'll get much higher remains to be seen. I expect to not be able to catch you up though, especially if you add any more firepower.

Having a little bit of trouble getting the new machine up and running- but really looking forward to it, the 260 in my normal rig states ~160 GFlop/s est, the 285 is ~760 GFlop/s !
and I didn't realise that the q6600s can't hyperthread, whereas the i7s can...
rowing, rowing, rowing..... maybe i can hold of loudbob for a bit (yeah right) lol.
