S.M.A.R.T email alerts on Win Server 2003?

I've got a Windows Home Server (basically Server 2003) and I was wondering if anyone has come across a nice and ideally free mail solution to alert you when the hard disks start to develop S.M.A.R.T errors? It seems *nix has quite a few different ways of doing it and so does OS X but I was wondering if anyone has come across any nice Windows ones?

There's a WHS add-in called Home Server SMART that will reflect disk status in server health, but won't send emails. I think smartmontools can send emails, but not tried it under WHS.
