Yep what Knives said, i was getting invalid text wheni was tring in AOL so i copyed the link into IE 7 and hey presto it worked.

Hmm, been playing the beta for a while now, and tbh I'm far from impressed, especially as the game is nearing release!
As i've said before the environment graphics are good, though textures could be improved, but the wepaon and character detail is appalling, especially when games like call of duty 2 have been out for a while, I really expected more.
Another problem is the combat system is slow and clunky - weapons have no "feel" to them, and fighting is just dull
To say i'm upset is an understatement, I had such high hopes for this. Tbh i really wonder what they've been doing to it the last 5 years, because its far from HL2 standard looks and gameplay wise, and that game's 3 years old
Overall, a real let down

Got it working in IE, now its wants a BETA key from an email, so im guessing im to receive an email after gettin the code in the picture correct.

played a bit of this and can't say I am overly impressed, can't quite put my finger on why either It just "feels" dated for some reason. It might be a laugh with a bunch of mates on teamspeak, but as a public system against randoms it didn't hold my interest for long. It's a shame as this was a game I have been looking forward to for a (very, very, very) long time

Just found out my brother has a key for this beta...

The lucky get sent off an email at 5.30am and managed to get a key. The ironic thing is that he isn't even that interested in FPS games, and apart from FEAR and serious sam 2 hasn't played one through to the end for years. Ho hum, maybe when I next go home I can have a play around with it.
